The Mondogrowkits Country business partner, who is the CEO of his country (national) and is responsible for the Mondogrowkits products selling & promoting plan locally and for building up a team of Mondogrowkits National business partners (promotors and resellers).
The Mondogrowkits Country business partner, has a two way team structure a National Business Manager and a National Business Partner team.
The National Business Manager is responsible for leading and building up the National Business Partner team and both are responsible for selling & promoting the Mondogrowkits products in their country.

Every Mondogrowkits Country Business Partner Worldwide has a National Business Manager (called left team), and a National Business Partner team (called right team). As those teams recruit new business partners, they have to go either
into their left team or right team again. For example As a National Business Manager recruit new National Business Partners they must also add them to their left or right teams in each part of their country.
The Mondogrowkits Country Business Partner and the Mondogrowkits National Business Manager receive a percentage of sale from all their National Business Partner teams. What’s great about this reward is that whatever the remaining surplus is in your teams
will carry over to the next week/month. This simple but powerful reward pays you x percentage weekly/monthly of whatever the calculated two team structure pay is
for each Mondogrowkits National Business Partner team that a Mondogrowkits Country Business Partner have personally sponsored.
So for example, if a Mondogrowkits Country Business Partner have personally introduced the Mondogrowkits project to ten or more Mondogrowkits National Business Manager and National Business Partner partners, he will earned x dollar of sale a week/month of each business partner.
in two team pay, the Mondogrowkits Country Business Partner would then earn x percentage of each of their checks.
And the Mondogrowkits National Business Manager would then earn x percentage of each of Mondogrowkits National Business Partners checks.
